The NATIONAL AND COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION BY FAMILIES Program, nicknamed NAT-FAM, is a comprehensive empowerment program for nations, starting with the coaching of families, on how to build and retain family legacies.
The program addresses the enhancing of the family’s health, agricultural produce and value-added products for Import substitution; as well as biblical principles for building family legacies and contributing to strong national economies.
This is a three year program focusing on in year one the smallest foundational unit in any society, the family/household/yard/compound. In year two the focus will be on working together with larger teams which includes: institutions, organizations, churches, communities and their networks. In year three we will be consolidating all the gains for National Development.
HOW IT WORKS
The NAT-FAM program starts with the training of KINGDOM SHIFT FAMILY CONSULTANTS; who are trained in seven three-hour sessions during November – December in the foundational principles of the following topics:
- NATURAL FAMILY HEALTH
- THERAPEUTIC FARMS AND GARDENS
- VALUE ADDED GOODS & SERVICES
- IMPORT SUBSTITUTION
- BIBLICAL ECONOMICS
- PURPOSE, PASSION, & PLANS
- FULFILLING NATIONAL DESTINIES
Family Consultants may be leaders of groups in the physical community, church and civic communities, schools and training institutions, volunteer and charitable organizations, counselors, health and social workers; or anyone who has a desire to facilitate the growth and empowerment of a group of interested persons.
The roll-out of the program in the communities, starts in February and runs to August of each year, in four (4) three-hour workshops each month, for 7 months facilitated by the trained Family Consultants. These workshops have been designed to deliver significant improvement in the topics covered each month; and measurable results by the end of each year.
Scholarships are being offered to Family Consultants, by The State of the African Diaspora – Eco6; to those willing to facilitate weekly three-hour workshops, for their groups during the program. They will only be required to pay the registration fee of 3 LUMI. each, or USD $55.

This course provided a sustainable approach to eradicating third world poverty not only financially by in all areas of our life, specifically our minds. There were so many take aways but the one I found particularly impactful, was the fact that if we plant every seed of the vegetables/fruit we eat we can start to feed ourselves in no time. I did just that and within a short time was able to see the fruit of this practice. We learned so many ways to improvise e.g. producing our own fertilizer – composting, recycling rain water. I believe that if this programme is rolled out throughout the world, we could see a significant difference to the overall health and wealth of people everywhere.

I have benefited immensely from the KINGDOM SHIFT training programme delivered by Dr. Sherril Chong. Her dynamic presentation style, her authenticity and the breadth and depth of her knowledge kept all the participants fully engaged throughout each module.

Good day. I wish to endorse the training offered by Kingdom Shift Now! In 2017 I attended a course conducted by Dr. Sherrill Chong and found it to be fascinating, comprehensive, and an essential course to survive the times.
The course was a combination of history, culture, business & economics, organic farming, health matters and so much more! All within a Christian framework.
Dr. Chong’s presentations were scintillating, and had us at the edge of our seats throughout. It was interactive, as our participation was a must! We looked forward to our Sunday evening sessions. At the end, she encouraged us to develop our own unique natural products for placement on the market. She advised us that we could develop products to replace imported goods, and I must say that I regret, that having developed some concepts, I did not pursue the ideas much further, but it was a great start!
Another thing that has been indelible on my mind, is the acquisition of organic farming skills; how to make compost, make natural pesticides from weed tea, utilising every seed possible, and of course…the value of the Moringa!
Our time with Dr. Chong was well spent, and I look forward to future sessions with her. She is also providing great assistance to me as I pursue a health journey. God bless her and her team!
